When I attempt to access online resources, I am presented with a message stating that I am not connected to the internet. I have not found a way to get the Creality Print to see the internet.
I am using Linux as my OS, so not sure if there is something odd there. Has anyone else have this issue, and if you have, were you able to resolve it?
I had the same problem. It seems creality likes to load from windows, (not sure about linux) MSwebview2. I first noticed a lot of traffic going on in the background of creality to do with models etc. I was suspicious of mr Xi and wanted to block this but it meant finding it running in my firewall each time and turning it off. I found a utility that will block it and it worked well , no more background traffic. But when I tried to get to the parameters I got the same meassage as you. I hope this helps
I also attempted to use my Chromebook Linux with version 6xx to no avail. I used Grok AI to help me make the connection …to no avail. I finally asked Grok if any earlier version worked better and it suggested Creality 5 something? I loaded that version and haven’t had any issues. Apparently there are many similar comments online. Now, the only program I have with my working version, is I can’t see the bottom of the PRINT page…so…Grok suggested I reduce the Computer’s screen resolution temporarily. That worked.
