I recently bought a K1 Max, and have been using it with Creality Print v6…something. I’ve noticed in a few forums that people mentioned using Creality Slicer and getting varying (sometimes better) prints. Never really been a Creality software fan until trying Print 6, but when trying to use Creality Slicer, I can’t even find any of the K1 series listed as available printers to download. Am I missing something ?
I think Creality stopped developing Slicer before the K1Max was even a twinkle in an inventors eye. It sort of resembled Cura so perhaps try that. Alternatively if Creality Print is lacking something try Orca.

Thanks.
Cura was my 99% “go to” slicer until I got the K1M, but for some reason, I cannot get a decent print from the K1M using Cura. And I’m still learning Orca for my other 2 machines (original Ender 3 and Hypercube Evo 300). I tried the Creality Print 6.0 for the K1M and have been getting very nice prints (except the VFA). So, I guess for now, I’ll uninstall/delete Creality Slicer, and use Creality Print for the K1M until I can figure out something for the K1M in Cura.
