Is it the same for everyone else? The whole frame gets very hot when printing, specially the long prints, like, VERY hot to the touch, I mean, you can hold the hand in place but its very hot, is it normal and “safe” for the printer?
I have never experienced that problem. Just a thought have you checked to see if you are running on the correct voltage setting? Can’t think of anything else that maybe causing your problem.
Even the frame is hot !? I don’t think that’s normal. Longest print I did on mine was 20hours long and the frame was still cool to the hand 
Since it could be related to a short circuit, I suggest you stop the printer asap !
Yeah, in fact many youtubers have confirmed this “problem” on the printer, the printer is working fine, but just that it gets very hot
Then what do you mean by the “Frame” ? The base or the upper gantry (vertical structure)
If frame = base (area near the heated bed), that’s normal…This is the most logical part to get hot.
