I was printing with the RFID colors that come with the printer (K2 Plus) and replaced 2 colors with non-rfid and entered the type, but then a few days later replaced 2 colors with the transparent PC and a glow in the dark, selected their filament info and a color for them (since didn’t have exact colors), and then when printing from PC, it shows no colors or options and wouldn’t let us print with any. So we hooked up the spool and tried that, it didn’t print well.
We couldn’t figure out why when we put the spools in and entered the type, the printer still shows the color but when sending to print from the desktop, it shows all blank spools. Not sure if this makes sense
