Issue with Creality Sparkx i7 the prints not stick on the bed

Hello,

I have had a Creality Sparkx i7 for about one month, and it was working fine at first. The problems started
with some prints not stick on the bed I tried using the “best settings” in Creality Print 7 slicer. also, the first layer often does not stick to the bed, even after resetting the slicer settings back to default.

Sometimes the printer works fine, but printing the same file again may fail. I also noticed filament leaking around the nozzle. I tried removing and cleaning the nozzle and hotend at 220°C, but there is still burned filament that cannot be removed completely.

After reinstalling the nozzle, recalibrating, and printing a Benchy, the quality was acceptable but worse than my first Benchy. However, when printing from the computer or Creality Cloud app, prints still do not stick to the bed.

The most important issue is that during printing, I hear a scratching sound, like the nozzle is touching the bed plate. I checked that the nozzle is installed correctly, but I still cannot find the problem.

Please help.

The Sparkx i7 should be able to find the Z-offset on its own but it’s not always on point, you could adjust it slightly in the slicer (in the 3d printer settings on the top left). If the first layer looks rough it is too close, add in steps of +0.03mm or so. If the first layer has gaps between the lines lower it.

Also make sure the build plate is clean, if you touch it degrease it.

Not sure if the hotend actually leaked or if it just touched a printed piece with the hotend heated up and melted it, if it’s not leaking anymore it should be fine. Maybe also run the autoleveling routine again.
