Issue with unaligned layers on my prints

Hello,

I have some issue with my print that I don‘t know how to fix.

My printer is a Ender 3 v2 neo connected to a Sonic Pad

Since few prints, layers seems not to be well aligned (see picture)

I tried tightening the belts, calibrating the extruder, and reducing the print speed. But that didn’t help at all.

I also checked the play on the X and Y axes, but everything seems fine and the movements are still smooth.

Do you have any idea what the problem might be?

Is the hot end loose?

50mm /s. Quite slow even for a ender 3 v2 :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

I will check if the hot end is loose. I expect not, but still a good idea to check!

Also check your e steps.

I changed the nozzle. This is not perfect, but really much better ! I thing their was a gap between the PTFE tube and the nozzle. I tried to fix it. Could be the root cause.

Let’s print a bigger object to test it !
