Issues after latest firmware upgrade for the K1 MAX

After the latest firmware update I can no longer see the files on the printer using my web browser. That also mean I can no longer start a print job from the web browser. Any one else with the same problem?

I am having issues after the update. Send print wont work any more and states “The machine consumables do not match the printed file. Please check and restart printing” I dont have multi filament. My machine is bone stock and has been running flawlessly for the last 16 days since I got it. Just did the update 3 days ago and it broke it.

I have rolled back to the previous version, all is back to normal (Download it onto a usb stick and plug it into your printer). Also switch off the update reminder otherwise it will bug you after every print.

I am having the same issue. The workaround I have been using is to power cycle the printer, and send print immediately after it starts up. I have put in a trouble ticket with support, but may roll back my firmware for the time being…. That being said, I just ordered a CFS

sounds silly but how do i roll back to the preious version?

download the previous firmware version from Creality’s website, K1 Max Blazing-fast & Large-volume 3D Printer | Creality Official Software and Firmware Download put the img file on a blank usb stick, put it in the front of your printer and turn it on, then accept the firmware upgrade on the screen

Creality has now removed firmvare ver.1.3.5.18 and returned to the old one ver.1.3.3.46

Wow, not a word, just remove it like it never existed. :face_with_peeking_eye:

Since I updated the firmware the printer crashed. Every time I turn on the printer seems to be factory rebooted, and after a few seconds I can not use the screen or the machine. I tried to install the previous version of the firmware via pendrive but every time I try it says “installation failed”.
Someone have another idea on how to solve this?
