Issues with Front-Facing Print Quality on Ender 5 Max

Hi everyone,

I recently received my Ender 5 Max last Thursday, so it’s been just under a week. I got everything set up, and it’s working fine overall, but I’m experiencing an issue with the front-facing side of my prints (the side facing the control panel and logo). The quality on that side looks quite poor compared to the rest of the print.

Both the front and back fans are spinning, so I don’t think it’s a cooling issue. Has anyone encountered something similar or have any suggestions on what might be causing this?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Creality support sent out a new Ceramic Heating Block Kit and a new Extruder Kit. The Extruder and heating block installed just fine but I started getting and error about the nozzle not heating as expected.

Edit: I reinstalled the old heating block kit and it works as expected except the quality is still poor. What else to try?

Any chance there’s some sort of outer wall setting relative to one side of the print in the slicer settings? Looks like a pyramid, is it being printed small side down and printed up? Overhangs could be an issue possibly.
