Having issues with new printer, first time owner so not sure the issue, Creality support put in a ticket waiting on them, but i’m wondering any good videos or details on tuning this pig? I unscrewed the manual tension screws all the way, and turned them 5 full rotations, then the cutter test failed, tightened it 1 additional time and the cutter error goes away, but the tension is still an issue. I then tightned it 1 additional turn (7 all together) and it still an issue. I’m not getting any other errors but I do not know whats happening, would love any advice or helpl. bought this from a friend who’s brother passed, I don’t think he got passed this so not sure what the issue is.
I had this problem with my K2 Plus. Look up the WIKI Video and follow it. I had to do it again a couple of weeks later again as the belts stretched.

how many revolutions from the screw being removed do you tighten this? My printer can’t print the jig, so i’m SOL and not sure what to do… I can’t seem to find a good sense of what is tight vs. too tight…
yea none of that helped trying to find out how many full revolutions from it being removed to the point it “should” be is supposed to be. Sounded like 5 to start, then up to 3 more in “adjustment” I went all the way to 8 in increments testing and nothing, with the back panel off should I see the auto adjustment attempt anything or is it unoticable?
I’m hoping support can help, as I don’t really have any resources locally to take it to or get help so hoping something I can find online…
How many turns is a great question, I wish that support would answer that.
I ended up doing it to make it sing a little when you strummed it inside the printer. You are trying to adjust it so that the auto adjuster is working in the middle of it’s range so that it can adjust it correctly.
I know not much help but that is what I did. It did take several times to get it right.
