It is impossible to start print on K1C after FW update to 1.3.5.22

I have recently updated firmware on my K1C to version 1.3.5.22. All my previous settings were obviously erased, which is a huge problem for me. I have managed to make 3 prints. After that I can’t upload any file to my printer in any way, that I know

I’m using “Creality Print” software (yeah, I know, big mistake). I tried “Send G-code” option, “One-click print”, “Multi-machine”. None of it works. What is worse, even direct printing from USB didn’t bring any results, since printer can’t see G-code files on the drive. The camera-issue discussed in other threads is also present, but it is the least of my current issues.

How can I restore functioning of my printer in the fastest way possible?

P.S. I’m shocked with Creality’s QC-team work… if there is one at all

Downgrade to previous firmware-version (if possible).

After updating my K1, my print head now hits the build plate and the build plate won’t return to the normal position after calibration. I can’t do any prints at all. I also downgraded to the previous firmware and it does not work. I’m waiting on a remedy from customer service now, because the logs say I now have a strain gauge problem, that didn’t exist before this update. I hope you find relief and a way to get your machine back in working order. But after days of responses from customer service unrelated to the issues and information I provided, I’m not very optimistic. I could care less about the camera issues if I could just get the printer to print again.
