It ends whatever patience you have. So far this year I’ve replaced the thermister, the extruder fan, the Bowen tube, fought with the knobs to level the bed and am still disgusted. Now the filament will stop feeding half way thru a print. I’ve replaced the nozzle, cleaned the hot end, cleared the way for an apache to land, adjusted the screw on the feeder motor. I managed to print one foot for the box fan and the second foot was two failures in a row at the same point. You get what you pay for is appropriate here.

It is true, with Creality, patience should be sold as a line-item order option, because quality and finished product are just mere suggestions and guidelines in their culture.
Look at it from there perspective they have your money and you have their defective printer. To them, that’s all they clearly care about. They clearly do not care about their reputation otherwise one wouldn’t see as many posts like yours or at the very least, a forum Admin would step in. What’s more, even their so called flagship product - probably should call it fleet of ships because apparently there is more than one - they didn’t even complete the engineering of the product as evidence by the difference in their replacement components versus what they shipped. Good luck finding consistent parts that will mate to their printers, it’s a crap shoot.
I am new to Creality, just got my Ender 5 Max and I am having issues with my filament feeding too. Just as you describe it stops feeding mid print. Considering how much I have invested in the larger printer you now have me really worried. So far my experience with support has been favorable, however I am currently still waiting for a response to see if they will replace either the gears or motor that feed the filament.
