Recently, we released a series of user story videos, sharing the unique connections between our users and Creality. Now, Charisse (one of the character in User Story) and Gary have come to China to visit Creality’s headquarters, the K2 Plus factory, our filament factory in Wuhan, and ended with a friendly chat with Creality’s CEO Adun Ao.

During their journey, they gained a deeper understanding of Creality’s innovation and growth.

I was honored to be made a Brand Friend, I value my relationship with Creality. Creality is the only brand to interact with their customer base in a large amount of online areas. They actually care about their customer base and try to improve wherever they see improvement is needed. Mr. Ao (CEO) listened to what we had to say and asked questions on how to improve.
I travelled to China to meet the lovely people I communicated with almost daily, I was not disappointed the staff at Creality are amazingly friendly and welcomed me from the moment I arrived.
