I bought a K2 PLUS printer. The box was in perfect condition when it arrived. I was excited to unpack it. I removed all the stuffing from the inside and noticed the back panel was cracked. Then I saw the belts hanging. I had to remove the back cover. And there I found a meat grinder made from spare parts.
I waited over a month for Creality to send me spare parts, not for free, but at my own expense!!! Every day starts with a question from customer support. The first step was agreeing on spare part numbers. But they never gave me the numbers. I found the numbers myself and started asking for specific parts. Things moved faster. But they still couldn’t figure out which parts would fit. I’ve never encountered such a stupid team anywhere in the world. Well, when they decided these parts would fit, they asked me to pay. I paid via PayPal. Then they spent several days looking for my payment. Then they saw it. Then they negotiated to send me the parts. And every day started with a chat conversation. They simply didn’t respond to emails. Now they may have sent the parts and given a tracking number, but it’s not trackable. So, dear users, customer support is simply HELL!!! I’ve never seen such a “clumsy machine” anywhere in the world! The team doesn’t know how to work at all. It’s very sad. Now I know for sure that this is my second and last printer from Creality.
Hello @led-autotuning_ru
Welcome to the Creality Forum…!
That’s scary. Could you share with us where you bought this printer from and if it would have been easier to return it..
Sorry but buying from Aliexpress is always a crap shoot on what you get. I only buy printers directly from Creality and have never had an issue.

Buying a printer on AliExpress – the seller in China is not to blame for this situation. The fault always lies with the freight carrier and the person who designed the packaging. There’s so much inside the printer: 4 spools, a filament feeding system. All of that weighs more than 5 kg. The spools inside aren’t secured in any way! With even a slight impact (if you studied physics at school), you know what happens to an object that has mass and isn’t fixed inside a box. It keeps moving. So the spools smashed the back wall and damaged everything behind it: the mounting mechanisms for the stepper motors, the wall itself, and other small bits. This is a packaging and shipping problem – not where you bought it. The packaging is always the same!
It would be helpful to hear from other members who have purchased Creality printers through AliExpress.
Did your printer arrive safely, or did you have any damage, missing parts, warranty issues, or problems getting support from the seller?
Please also mention which Creality printer you bought and whether it shipped from China or a local warehouse.
Hi, I bought both of my Creality printers Ender3v3 and K2+combo on AliExpress. Both were shipped from China. Everything is fine, neither of them was damaged during transportation. Even though the K2+ combo arrived upside down. It’s unknown how long it was like that. There are many sellers on AliExpress; I bought from representatives. That’s my experience.
It’s good to hear that you got some good ones. It’s hard to tell what stores are actually “official” Creality. Like @LoriAnneBrown said it can be a gamble.
In fact after looking at some of the prices today on Ali I didn’t see any real deals and prices on the Creality store were much cheaper.. Good place to look for parts though.
