Help, how do i fix this, do i need a complete new head unit. who can i get it from.
Remove these screws then try to remove the whole assembly heatsink & hotend. Make sure to unplug the hotend cables.

Remove it by pulling down, there is a blue PTFE tube that will prevent you from pulling forward.
