I found that one of my models I created in FreeCAD had holes which were not the correct size and I had to file out the holes in order for the other parts to fit in them. However the overall size of the part was correctly dimensioned to the mm. It is a 60mm diameter cylinder 240mm long and these are the exact same measurements of the printed model.
Curious, I printed a test strip with various hole sizes and found the following model results:
Created Size - Measured Size
25mm - 24.34mm
22mm - 21.51mm
20mm - 19.52mm
18mm - 17.12mm
16mm - 15.7mm
14mm - 13.66mm
12mm - 11.59mm
10mm - 9.65mm
8mm - 7.49mm
6mm - 5.58mm
4mm - 3.26mm
So it seems the K1 /Creality Print can print models with correct dimensions however holes it cannot!? Has anyone found the same issue?
