K1 CFS upgrade kit installed I followed the official video step by step on completion I found filament wold not get passed from the cutter head to the hot head , no mention of the transition tube that fits between the two units in the video, the original tube is too large to fit in the cutter head end so cannot be used , I sent pictures and descriptions to creality after sales they created a ticket and I got an email reply fron technical support that say don’t force the tube use the official transfer tube ! I asked them to supply this item and that was the last I heard they now do not respond to any further request, anyone know how or where to get the tube as my printer has now been unusable for two weeks , Do I ask for a refund and go back to single filament printing ?
It sounds like you need the bowden tube which you can purchase from aliexpress. This is a star shaped tubing which works really well to feed the filament through. You can get a longer length so you can use to change out all the normal bowden tubes. I hope this helps. Cheers
