K1 error, key:2516

Hello,
today as I turn on my printer (a K1 printer), after booting it display for a very short time this message:

Error
key:2516, Unknown exception

After that, the printing chamber LED are turned off and the heaten bed sensor print out a very silly temperature (500+ degree).

Obviously the printer can’t operate.
I tried a factory reset but the error still appear and I can’t terminate the preliminary phase (it stuck on the self check when try to warm up the heaten bed, just after the nozzle test).

Any suggestion??

For everyone that fall in the same issue, I managed to solve the problem: it was the heaten bed thermistor connector on the 3D printer main board.
Unplugging it and plugging in again has solved the problem.
And yes, it seems a quick fix, but finding it out has taken several hours…
