Add CFS to K1 Max, has been working fine for a few weeks (Black Friday 2025). Now I’m having issues:
Will lose camera, on phone app, Creality Print details, and the web page.
The display screen will dim on the K1 Max, no buttons will use.
When sending another print, after all the “prep” work, when it’s to the point of needing filament from the CFS, all the CFS lights start blinking red and nothing feeds to the K1 Max
To restore, I have to power off the K1 Max and turn it back on. THEN the CFS comes back on line and everything else works.
Must be done for every print. I have the latest software for both Creality Print and firmware. Anyone else have this issue?

Just wanted to find out what version of firmware you are running on the k1max? is it .33 or .34? It sounds as if you are on .33 as the screen dimming and nothing working was an issue with that version, You could look online for a download link for the newer version 2.3.5.34 or contact creality support and ask them for the latest version, as it is getting rolled out very slowly to users.
I had similar issues and found the 2.3.5.34 firmware and have been having no issues since. Please bare in mind that when you source the firmware from other places that there is always a possibility that someone may upload the wrong file under the correct name.
But i would definitely contact support and ask them to send you the latest version, i have not really had any issues that i can recall off the top of my head.
