I’ve got my printer last week, submitted the form and received a coupon. Then I’ve sent an e-mail with purchase proof to event@creality.com. When submitted the form there was a message to wait 48 hours. I’ve been waiting a week, and no answer.
Can anyone help me on this? Already sent another email yesterday to event@creality.com, and no answer, no working code.
