I’ve just bought new K1 max, the camera works fine with creality print but from creality cloud website or from app I’ve a connection error “code: 9000 Loading failed” on the window where the camera stream should be
You probably have a port on your router blocked. I am unsure what ports you need to open, but I don’t allow that on my network for security reasons.
