K1 Max camera not working

Hi,
i cant get the camera to work on the app. On the Desktop Browser it works fine.

Can someone help me please?

I have found that the app is hit or miss sometimes with the camera and I have to restart the app a couple times to get it to work… :disappointed_relieved:

Make sure you have the latest version too…

That problem is since the last firmware update few days ago. You can start the app as often as you want but it no longer works.

This is likely an app issue rather than a printer issue. Hopefully an update to the app will be released soon that should cure the issues.

I had the same experience. I was waiting, maybe I will find a solution here. I didn’t live to see it. I bought a new camera. The new one has been working properly for 5 hours now. Most likely, the problem lies in the camera itself. Greetings to you.

While the app is not working I do the following. I just enter the IP address of the printer in the search bar to get to the web version. In principle, the application and for its overloaded interface and a lot of unnecessary information does not make sense at all.

Hello. I have a different problem. The camera works when it is not printing. But during printing it loses connection after some time. Then it was enough to reset the printer and the preview from the camera returned. But during printing it lost connection again. After several such actions it stopped working even after resetting the printer. I decided to disconnect it and reconnect it. It started working. Unfortunately it loses connection again during printing. The printer has the latest updates. I suspect that the temperature in the chamber has a bad effect on the camera or it is damaged. Do you have the same problems with the camera and how did you deal with it?
