i cant get the camera to work on the app. On the Desktop Browser it works fine.
Can someone help me please?

I have found that the app is hit or miss sometimes with the camera and I have to restart the app a couple times to get it to work… 
Make sure you have the latest version too…

That problem is since the last firmware update few days ago. You can start the app as often as you want but it no longer works.
This is likely an app issue rather than a printer issue. Hopefully an update to the app will be released soon that should cure the issues.
