Hello everyone, I’ve owned a K1 Max for a year now and I’m thrilled with the printer. Two days ago, I installed the CFS according to online videos, even with the original Creality one, and a few problems have arisen.

  1. The bed rises about 10mm below the nozzle, and I can’t lift it.
  2. he CFS feeds filament, but it cuts off once when changing colors and jams 10 times. Has anyone else had a similar problem and knows what to do?

  1. check if purge bin is colliding with bed.
  2. double check your slicer and try disable long retraction.

Hello, nothing is interfering with the table. It's like after installing new software to the printer, the table can't be raised closer to the nozzle. I'm not using a slicer at the moment.
