K1 MAX CFS Upgrade - Problems printing

Hi! I have an old model of K1 Max which was upgraded to CFS and now have some problem printing.

In the pictures below you can see the result of the intention to print a “first layer calibration” with Pet-G at 240° nozzle and 70° bed.

Can some one point me in the right direction with what can I try? I can provide more information, but I really do not know what is relevant for this.

Point is that one day I have printed something and came ok, next day the printer stopped printing (no filament was getting out) after printing 1 layer) and now this is the result when I try to print a “1 layer model”…

man looks crazy. almost like your burning it before it even gets to the board. Do you have the Top on while printing?

yes, top is on. it seems that the nozzle is to close to the plate… at least this is what I can physically see… otherwise I am all out of ideas.

i will try to dismantle the nozzle and to build it again or to put a new one. if this is also not functioning I do not know what I can do anymore… Honestly I am considering getting it busted in the “Office Space” style …
