Hello everyone.
I have had a K1Max for the last 4 months and everything went super smoothly. As I needed to print a lot of stuff I decided to buy another.
It worked for a week and then I had to change the filament and it started to make the clicking noise while extruding (to insert new filament). I saw that this could mean that the hot end/nozzle was clogged so I changed it to a new one. After that whole process I tried again to insert new filament and the same happened. To be more precise, I manually start to insert the filament by gently pushing it and it extrudes fine but at the last 5 seconds of extruding, the printer starts clicking and it feels like the motor is retracting, as if it is try to expel the filament from above. As the filament stays in the printer, I start a printing job but nothing comes out. so I try to retract the filament and a lot of it comes out from the nozzle for some 10 seconds and then does the same, starts clicking and stops extruding. I have switched the nozzle like 3 times to always new ones but it’s clear that it has nothing to do with it, because it extrudes when I manually push the filament. I have also opened the motor to check if there was some debry and it was all good. After all of this when I start a printing job, nothing comes out.
If anyone has some clue of what could be happening I would really appreciate it!
