K1 Max Colour upgrade Tested ok but missing cutter block on prints

after upgrading and fully calibrating my k1 max to the cfs it keeps missing the cutter

everything runs fine with tests/calibration, but the moment i send a print to it, it messes up.

There’s an arm on the back of the head that’s meant to hit a block at the back of the printer to “cut” the filament, but completely misses it. Not only this but the purge messes that area by the same amount. its like the creality software has the wrong size bed and yet ive selected the k1 max

ive even set the purge coordinate setting and started a print for it to get the location wrong again.

pulling my head out with this one

Ok so I found the issue. It was the lidar sensor, I haven’t quite figgered how I managed to put that back wrong considering I’ve not got a lot of freedom. But after upgrading id apparently put it back in such a fashion it was hitting the front left corner knocking the motor out of sync.

For now I just removed the sensor to confirm it was that and now I’m looking at a completed print. So it was that.

I’ve barely even looked at the lidar and only see the printer use it twice so I might just leave it off until I need it.
