I cannot get power to my K1 max screen. The row of LED lights at the rear are flickering, but nothing else is happening. I’ve tried the Creaity Chatbox and received dead air.

Stupid question but did you choose the correct voltage ? 
If yes, everything is staying off or is that just the screen ? 
it has been working for over a year. Then, about a month ago, it just stopped. I confirmed 110 VAC to the machine and through the ON/OFF switch. Internal power supply is putting out 23.94 VDC.
With no electrical schematic, I’m lost as to where to check next. The row of small LED lights at the top front inside the enclosure are flashing, which is the only sign that it is getting power. Nothing else is working.
And can you see the printer online via the Slicer ?
There was a similar issue on Ender 3V3’s printers before. We had to delete the last gcode of the storage to make it work again.
Answer is No. I open up my slicer software and it shows the printer offline.
