K1 Max error

Hello,

I have a K1Max that now has a [BM0111] error. I have followed basic troubleshooting.

The blue light is on

I have disconnected all of the other connections/cableing

I have inspected the main cables at the top and they appear to be in good order and seated properly.

I am not sure what next to try or if I need to replace a part.

Replace the toolhead board, then cable and the mainboard if does not work.
