K1 max Extruder problem and after cleaning my PA test goes up from 0.08 to 0.22

Filament was stuck on my K1 Max so took a look and:

cleared/cleaned extruder, the gears were hard to move by hand. (was a little filament melted at the output hole.)
cleared heaterthroat.
Nozzle would not come out and broke off so I have put on a new ceramic hotend and nozzle.

after I did all this my K1 max gave bad prints like there was underextrusion and even could not ironing smooth upper surfaces.

So redo calibration flowrate pass 1 , flowrate pass 2 and did the Pressure advance pattern again.
The result is a new pressure advance value of 0.22 (old one was 0.08)
and I had to raise the flowrate to 110 % (old one was 95%)

The machine is now printing well again but I don’t know why I had to raise the flowrate so much and why it now has a high PA value.

who knows what could be the cause of this.

(My machine is rooted and has mainsail)

I wonder if the quality of the different nozzles from 3rd party companies has anything to do with it… Like tolerances and all that…

Yes you are right about that 2 of my nozzles look like they have a different thread than the original nozzles( the one that broke off and another one).

But also looks like my extruder(motor/gears) are less functional I think???

well it is working again with new settings so I 'll await when something breaks again so I can see which part is malfunctioning.

Still it was a shock to me at the first new prints.
