I had a K1SE and I had very little issue with it. So I decided to upgrade to the max and I just keep having so many issues getting it to extrude at all. I’ve taken the extruder apart twice and as far as I can tell it works fine, there’s no jam and it seems like it’s grabbing the filament, it just keeps refusing to extrude. One time I spent 40 mins removing the filament and putting it back in until it finally extruded just for the print to fail because of extruding issues. Even once I get it to extrude properly the whole cycles starts over as soon as the filament runs out. I’m relatively new to 3D printing so any advice on how I could fix this or what to look for would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Does it do the extrude function properly?
Does it do this with all filaments ?
Do you hear any clicking noises from the extruder?
As far as I can tell the extrude function work. the motors are spinning and the gear is moving.
I’ve had issues with Both PLA and PETG. I will mostly be printing with PETG
No clicking noises.
