My LiDAR cable is damaged, and I’ve tried reaching out to Creality support, but they haven’t responded. Does anyone know where I can buy this cable from?

The response time for CS is about 24-48 hours. Post a pic of the damage, I prob can help with at least a band-aid solution.

1- I mean, there’s nothing more to say, I wrote that the LiDAR cable broke, and you’re asking me to add a photo. It’s the LiDAR cable. Just a cable. The cable that connects to the LiDAR device. Are you kidding me? 
2- When I first bought the K1 Max, it came with an extra hotend. Both of them broke within the first month, failing due to a chronic issue. I tried reaching out to Creality support in November 2023. For some reason, no one responded within 24-48 hours, and even 10 months later, I still haven’t received a response
3- A response time of 24-48 hours, huh? Hmm. Then perhaps you can explain why I haven’t received a response ‘again’ since April. I asked about the name of the LiDAR cable and where I can purchase it. The response ‘AGAIN’ never came
By the way, I googled it. I just wrote “K1 Max LiDAR cable,” and I found it in 3 seconds—quicker than replying to a message.
Making it much better I think. But I dont know the socket name. Is the socket name 5 pin 1 mm jst sh? Thank you for your answer. 
There maybe a “micro mini” prefix too. ie. micro mini sh 1.0 mm pitch 5 pin

Hello there Spool3d has this cable listed for 5 dollars. Plus 4.65 to ship it to Ontario. waited 10 days so far regular mail, ayou might want to spend extra for special shipping ig you are in a hurry,

Received it today at the community mailboxes. Could have been there a couple of days.
Incorrect, not 1mm Pitch, it’s 1.25 MM pitch
Just replaced mine and fixed the original cable to keep for an emergency spare.
You are looking for JST MX 1.25 mm Connectors 28AWG Cable.
The kit is the best. You can cut the wires and solder them to make any length you want.
Also, repair your original cable.
