printer hits the nozzle on the plate when leveling! There are marks from the bumps, I believe this is not normal!

Sorry you’re having that problem with the K1 Max…
Mine did the same thing a couple times new out of the box. Watch what it does before that happens and be ready to shut it off. My plate went all the way to the bottom and came back up and then the nozzle started digging into the build plate. During the leveling process (or any process) it’s not supposed to go all the way to the bottom. That’s when I shut it off to keep it from ruining the build plate…
It did that once afterwards but I caught it and shut it off. It hasn’t done it since…
