Hello last night I uninstalled Creality print 5 and installed Creality Print 7. Before the switch my prints were fine but now the Nozzle is too high off the bed. I am not sure how high but I can slide a piece of paper under the nozzle. I tried the z offset but even at -.15mm I could freely slide the paper under the nozzle. The profile in the slicer is default and nothing has been changed. The only thing I did was link it to my printer. Also the weird thing is that when the print goes to do a purge line on the left side there is no problem. I get 2 perfect lines but then when it starts to print the first layer doesn’t contact the bed. I have done the calibration and auto level. Has anyone had a similar issue??
