Hi, nice to meet you all, this is my first time in here!
I have a K1 Max, I’ve it rooted because I’m a CNC engineer so I thought “why not”. I’ve had a problem with the PLA media being stuck and that I guess forced the printing head or the extruder, and since then I’ve facing the defect shown in the pictures below, no matter what position of the table I chose.
Can you guys give me a hand? Should I change the hotend? Should I change the pulleys? I’ve changed the belts tension from 90 to 130 with no apparent differences.
Any help is appreciated.
UPDATE: It turned out to the the belts tension way too high. I’ve gotten it better, but not perfect yet.

Hello @ecappato …!
Welcome to the Creality Forum…!
I haven’t rooted my K1 Max as I don’t need to so I’m not sure how any settings might affect your prints.
In what way was the filament getting stuck and how did you fix it…?
Just to cover basics:
There could be an underlying issue causing that with temps or wet filament.
What temps are you using…?
Printing PLA with the cover off…?
Also check the extruder gears for any chipping or pieces stuck in the teeth.
Make sure the printer is on a solid surface where it can’t wobble around.
Try doing the calibration or even a factory reset again.
