Olá, pessoal tenho uma K1 Max 2024 com Bico 04 Unicórnio que já veio com ela, e foi substituído esse ano com o novo termistor(hotend) , ela está com o software V1.1.0.27.2025, pois foi instalado o CFC-C, após desistir de imprimir com o CFC-C removi o hardware da impressora.
Nessa versão o sistema, ao iniciar a impressão, sempre faz um fluxo de filamento antes de iniciar a impressão, só que agora o nariz da impressora está enterrando dentro da mesa de impressão, mesmo ativando a calibração da impressora antes de iniciar a impressão.
O problema:
01- Faz 2 semanas que ela começou a enfiar o nariz do bico dentro da mesa de PEI, chegando a fazer uma vala na mesa.
Já tentei fazer o nivelamento pelo painel (self-check) ela faz todo o processo, mas quando vai imprimir ela cava um buraco.
Perguntas:
01 - Alguém já teve esse problema e resolveu?
02 - Foi nivelamento manual da mesa? (Ela não tem root, e não consigo acessar ela via navegador para ver a mesh, existe outra maneira?)
03 - Quando faço a extrusão do filamento ela funciona, então o bico não está entupido.
04 - Tentei o Z-offset enquanto ela inicia a impressão e ele já inicia em +05
Hello everyone, I have a K1 Max 2024 with a Unicorn Nozzle 04 that came with it, and it was replaced this year with the new thermistor (hotend). It has software version V1.1.0.27.2025, as CFC-C was installed. After giving up on printing with CFC-C, I removed the printer hardware.
In this sw version, the system always performs a filament flow before starting the print, but now the printer’s nozzle is digging into the print bed, even after activating the printer calibration before starting the print. The problem:
01- For the past two weeks, it has been pushing the nozzle into the PEI bed, creating a groove in the bed.
I’ve already tried leveling it through the panel (self-check); it goes through the whole process, but when it prints, it digs a hole.
Questions: 01 - Has anyone else had this problem and solved it? 02 - Was it manual leveling of the bed? (It doesn’t have root access, and I can’t access it via browser to see the mesh; is there another way?)
03 - When I extrude the filament, it works, so the nozzle isn’t clogged.
04 - I tried the Z-offset while it starts printing, and it starts at +05.
