K1 Max - Severe Sensor Failuresssues - Leveling sensor - Printhead vibration sensor

Hey!
I just tried to setup my K1 Max 2025 and had ALL possible issues during the initial start-up check.
So i’m not even able to get past it due to

  • CL5003 Leveling sensor failure
  • TO5026 Printhead vibration sensor failure

I’ve reset the printer several times and went trough the same steps.

It worked once! I was able to view the system ui and connect to the WLAN - Extrude some filament out of the printhead but once I wanted to print a file it switched between those sensor failures.

Additionally I’m not able to update the firmware because:

  • I don’t know the mainboard version
  • I don’t know which firmware to download
  • It doesn’t seem to read my USB-Stick which I formated at 4 GiB FAT32 as the creality video said

I work in IT and this is a horrible experience and I’m very close to just sending it back.

Any ideas?

Fixed! Shameless selfplug - I was able to fix the Firmware issue as discribed here

The sensory issues I had were fixed by replacing the leveling board and ALL strain gauges connected to the board.
