I had color printing all working, then ran into some problems with the buffer disagreeing with rough glow fillament.
Now it wont extrude enough on purge/flush to create a poop. After starting the print it does a nice poop and starts printing just fine. When it is time to change the colors it does all the moves but doesn’t extrude enough to fill the “empty” nozzle. It goes back to the little prime tower, undextrudes a few lines and then prints the old color bleeding into the new color.
On reaching the extruder the LED turns blue and the extruder starts. It just doesn’t extrude enough.
It used to do a clean poop on every fillament change. I didn’t need flush volumes, a prime tower or anything. Just a good poop down the chute. It did extrude enough to get clean colors.
On initial fillament load it extrudes for about 35s, on color change only for 6 seconds
