I’ve put a square of 220mm by 220mm on the plate inside creality print, then it wont cut because oversized… i’ve reduce my model who was perfectly (tested in multiple software) by 1mm to test it, miracle it worked…
I would like to know if there is a way to change this setting in creality print to keep the model to 220mm and no 219mm ?

I don’t own a K1C but I do see that the build plate is 220x220, so it should slice it.
As long as you don’t have a brim or raft of some sort and it is placed exactly in the middle.
A somewhat obscure reason is that you are using CP version 6.xxxx
So far, version 6 has some unexpected problems.
Try CP version 5.1.6xxx

Are You sure That square is not limited collar or contour? Maybe You not off counter. I’m solved with this too
To print build plate is actually 235 x 235, I have changed the plate size to 230 x 230 for a large print and it worked ok.

Setup build plate leave it as is if you don’t know anything about config printer.cfg etc. You can break printer. First learn what is it. Beacause one thing is size plate, and second is movement options toolhead.
@JeffScylla no it append just when i put the file on the plate inside print 6 (I used to reinstall print 6 and now I’ve blank screen when I lauch the print ?? and no button to choose my printer… look

Just a question what graphic card do you have ? you print 6 looks pretty good mine the UI is big and ugly I’ve try compatibility mode but nothing do it looks good after a réinstall…) and this problem of blank screen…
