K1C DOA

Brand new K1C, when powered up the creality logo appears but nothing else, it is just stuck on boot. Has anyone had something similar?
I was sent a new mainboard and it does exactly the same thing.

Try flashing the current firmware via USB stick.

The same issue occasionally occurs with computers. Reinstall the firmware and see if that helps. It certainly sounds like a software issue rather thand a hardware issue.

I tried this but it is stuck on the boot screen.

I tried this, It seemed to work but still only gets to boot screen.

Look on the left side of the machine and make sure the voltage selector switch is set properly. (110V for US)
