after a FW update to latest version which was shown in the menu “Search update” the printer starts booting and then it show constantly the Creality sign (not animated) and it does not boot up completely.
How to bring it back to life?
Does Creality Print find the printer on wifi?
Hi,
no, Creality Print didn‘t found the printer. The printer itself was able to connect to WiFi, but came up with error 2003 or 3002 (can‘t remember). Meanwhile I was able to find a Creality FW recovery tool and flashed the FW from scratch and printer is in operation again.
Kind regrads

Hi, my latest update to Creality Print 6… lost all the WiFi and IP address. I had to search for a couple of hours to relocate everything, as it seems CP6 didn’t port everything from 5.1? At least the camera now works, come up on the print screen and I can watch what is going on. Happy New Year to all.
In general terms I am more than happy with my K1C and it’s pewrformance.
Cheers.
Where did you find the firmware recovery tool? Sounds like an interesting utility to have handy, just in case.
Directly in Creality github space
There is also a nice description in it.
Thanks, got it.
