My 2024 K1C is throwing error code TE2564 after first layer print. It was throwing this error yesterday after sitting since Christmas. I put all new parts on, new hot end, new nozzle, new board, new extruder motor. Triple checked for bad wiring and there is none. Updated to latest version firmware 1.3.3.46. I used different kind of filaments. Even new in opened ones so it’s not moisture or anything to do with filaments. I attached pics and a video of it printing and the moment it fails. Good Luck!!! Creality will do nothing to warranty it. I refuse to purchase a new hot end from Creality for a printer that is less than 6 months old! They told me it’s a “wear item” and gave me a part number to buy a new one. This thing worked good for a while and now I need to fix something every time I use it. As long as this printer is usable, I will only buy aftermarket parts for it. Creality will never get another dime from me. They did warranty the extruder drive gear when it broke, but took a week and a half to arrive. I ordered a new hot end from MicroSwiss today. Can’t wait to try it. My luck, the POS Creality control board is probably failing. I tried to like this thing, but I now want to throw it forcefully into the dumpster!!
A hotend is consumable … have look at bambu hotend is not even covered under warranty…. Creality is at least 3 month … Micro Swiss warranty is 30 days.
