Two weeks ago I set my K1C to print something that took about 4hrs. The print failed and the extruder was clicking. I had issues with the extruder from the 1st week of use which needed to be dissassembled and cleaned up (always following creality instructions and wiki). After cleaning the extruder I was still getting the clicking noises and nothing was actually printing. This is when I decided to contact Creality and get a warranty replacement extruder. However it took one week to get the first reply from them and now after providing all the requested info I am waiting for the second reply which at this point took another week. Is this normal? My printer was bought from the official site on the 23rd of November and I was informed that the extruder has 3 moths of warranty.
I am pretty dissapointed with the support till now…
