K1C filament stuck in extruder can’t open it

Hi All,

I own a Creality K1C for 20 day printer 50 prints with the Creality hyper series PLA-CF.

Now at the moment filament is stuck in my extruder. Seen all video how to solve this, but off cours my version is different.

My filament is true the extruder both sides, so can’t get of extruder lid because it preforms a lock for my lid. Can push it to one side it only moves a little bit.

When unlocked my gears move

Any ideas how to solve this

Hi, do you have a very fine set of needle-nosed pliars? Maybe disengage the extruder gears and see if you can pull that small piece from the hot end side. Otherwise you will probably have to pop off that what locking cap and try and remove the filament from the top. You already pulled the bowden tube off?
