K1C hotend, extruder and Fan problem

Hello,
We bought the K1C just november. Means it was only 2 months. We did print a lot.
We changed the nozzle twice already. But the last change, we broke the cable of the heating element. So we bought a new hot end replacement kit from creality.
We exchanged the hot end like in the instructions video and we triple check everything. The only thing we didnt add was thermal paste.

So when first extrude again. It was working fine but it was kind of smoky. It was only smoky while extruding not while heating up.

Then we tried to print something small. But we keep getting Key 109 Error fan feedback exeption.
But the fans were working when is not printing.
So we tried print again. It was haltered again because of the key 109 fan error. But the machine was able to start printing after I press contiue. Meanwhile I did turn the model fan for testing.
I think that was a mistake because it only printed the first layer. So we stopped the print.
It was extrude/retract anymore. I think we have dissemble again.
I just contacted customer service via email.

But what could cause the problem with the fan? We didnt break any cable while replacing the hot end…

Check the connection of the rear fan on the extruder it may have dislodged when you replaced the heater module.

You mean at the hot end, not the extruder itself.
I ordered a new heat sink fan and replaced. Now its working again. Thanks
