I’m printing a flower vase with a PLA purifier. My print seems to fail each time at the same spot, it stops extruding filament at the 1/4 of the vase. The print failed 4 times in a row. I tweaked speed parameters, i went under 70 mm/s, for the nozzle temperature i have 220 (i observed that the filament seems to leak and get out alone from the nozzle when it reaches 210-220), i changed retraction parameters (distance retraction 1mm, z-hop 0.4, retraction and reinsertion speed 40 mm/s) I didn’t touch the flow ratio 0.95. I suffer from small stringing also. And when i try extruding the filament after the print fails, i have click sounds in the extruder. I would like to know why does the filament have a bad time getting out ? Is there any calibration or tests i can do, so i can personalize my parameters myself. Thank you.
