Hello,
I have a K1C printer. Recently, while moving along the X and Y axes, strange noises started coming from the printer. It wasn’t a very loud noise, so I didn’t pay much attention to it. I performed maintenance on the rails using metal grease. The noise started getting louder, so I thought maybe I had applied too much or too little, so I wiped it all off and cleaned everything again, starting from the rollers. However, the problem persisted. I manually adjusted the rollers quite a bit to correct the warping on the table. When I couldn’t fix the problem, I had to remove the bottom cover and adjust the belts by letting them slack, but that didn’t solve it either. Currently, my table looks like the image. I suspected the belts were causing the noises, so I adjusted their tension by listening to the frequency, setting them all to an average of 110 Hz. However, there is still a strange noise, and when I make a rectangular print, the top right corners are sparse because the plate is lower, while the bottom left corners are very tight because the plate is too close. Also, is it normal for it to work like this? I’ve been racking my brain for days. Please help.
