K1C screen goes blank at power up

When I turn on my K1C printer, Creality comes up on the screen for 30 seconds and then it goes blank and I’m unable to use the printer. What could this be?

Hi, Yes similar issue to mine. My printer is not connected to wifi so I don’t have any way to control it with the screen not working. I wish there was a way to do a factory reset. I have tried to email Creality but I haven’t had a response. I’m not sure what to do next.

I find that, just like computers, it’s often as simple as disconnecting a cable from the back of a display and reconnecting.

Factory Reset is in ‘Settings’
Settings > Factory Reset > All Options > Restore
