Hello everyone, I need help with my Creality K1C. Since installing the new V13 pcb, the printer no longer works correctly.
Here is the problem:

The printer starts normally.

It shows “Preparing…” on the screen.

After that, no matter what I try to do (preheat hotend, preheat bed, start a print, etc.), the hotend and the heated bed stay stuck at 28°C.

The temperature does not move at all, even if I try to heat both hotends and the bed.

The printer never begins heating and never leaves the “preparing” state.
What I have already checked:

All cables are correctly connected (heater, thermistor, bed, ribbon cable).

The thermistor shows 28°C whether it is plugged in or unplugged.

Firmware is updated.

I reinstalled the V13 board carefully.

I followed all the steps Creality support asked for.

I sent photos, videos, and my invoice.
Current situation: It has been 3 days and Creality support has not given me any real solution. They only said they “checked my case,” but I still have no fix and the printer is unusable.

Has anyone had the same issue with the V13 board on the K1C?

Was it a defective board, a cable issue, or something else?

Did Creality eventually send a working replacement?
