K1c with Board CR4CU220812S12!

I recently bought a K1c Printer from an AliExpress seller.
The device worked fine until I tried updating the firmware. My current firmware version is 1.3.2.31, which is missing some features, and the printer doesn’t recognize any updates.
I found out online that this problem is common with the CR4CU220812S12 board.
However, the official site appears to only support the CR4CU220812S11 board.
After opening the printer, I confirmed it is indeed a CR4CU220812S12, which is quite peculiar.

Has anyone else experienced this issue and can offer help?

My printer too has this board, and it looks as if it is a new upgraded board see Amazon.com: Original K1 Max Mainboard Silent Upgraded Motherboard with TMC2209 Driver Compatible with Creality K1 Max 3D Printer Replacement CR4CU220812S12 32bits TMC2209 X2000E : Industrial & Scientific. I bought my printer from Creality.

Yes, this is the new board for all K1 series; I have received confirmation from Creality that it will work with the different firmware.

Did you ever get a resolution from Creality for the CR4CU220812S12 motherboard issue? I’m have a serious problem and sent them a picture of my motherboard with the the same number. They have yet to respond to my proof and today I had to escalate to the US Customer Services.
