i installed the CFS upgrade for the K1C, now i have the problem, evertime that my printer screams: "[TC2841]Cutter issue, cutter might be jammed, please try again after resolving "
I tried it a lot of hours, cleaned all, but nothing worked. I need HELP! I cant print now.
The cutter works with a magnet. If there is even a little piece stuk it wont work. Take the extruder out en slide the cutter by hand. If you feel resistance then there is a piece in the way
Everything is fine but I tested the connection of the “Cut” sensor with a multimeter and found a small short circuit. Unfortunately, I could not identify the cause, but I believe the issue lies within the sensor’s circuit board.
So wait and wait and wait and no printing.
I had the same problem, then I realised that it only does it for one colour. I changed to another brand of filament and everything works again. Apparently the pla I bought on sale was somehow tougher than normal and didn’t want to cut
I mailed a lot with Creality Support, i get a new cutter and a new inspection plate. I will report if the Error is gone.
same Issue with K1 Max/CFS Upgrade Kit, a few emails back an fourth i was asked to run a multimeter, which i do not own but am awaiting a replacement extruder, potential for a now known issue with the filament intake PCB, as the little blue LED on the top of the extruder is no longer lighting up and then started having the same issue as OP
I just upgraded mine with the CFS and K1 Series Ceramic Heating Block Kit, and i currently have a black and white Hyper pla, but when its swapping from black to white it tries to cut but wont and fail, i cut by hand on the lever and its very tough. any help?

привет! у меня на K1 max такая же проблема как в топике, уже две недели принтак простаивает. пожалуйста помоги!!! Что там за ремни нужно ослабить и как это поможет?

Слева и справа вы ославляли болты, когда прикручивали ножку для резака, ослабте 2 болта слева, вставьте отвертку в прорезь сверху там пружина чуть чуть ослабьте натяжение ремня и затяните не убирая, ослабляя отвертку. Далее опять самопроверка

installed upgrade along with cfs and now cutter error wont let me print anything and I’ve yet to successfully have my cfs actually load filament. it clicks around, forces me to watch it go through the cleaning and calibration mess THEN to tell me cutter or extruder error and stop right there. Very Very angry I’ve spent near $800 on this brand exclusively and it has been pulling teeth daily to get minimum expectations. How many more things do i need to replace on my k1se before i get a free upgrade cause this is exhausting.
