Paper instructions didnt show that in installation, but it came with a small tube of grease, and the block was already on the nozzle, do I need to dismantle it and put some on it or was it already greased from the factory?

If anyone ends up reading this post, I answered my own question. I took it back apart to check it. There was some thermal grease on it, but it was very little. So I added some and resembled.
